111-Year-Long Tradition

Our company was established in 1992 as the successor of the machinery company, which was founded by Tomas Bata in 1903. We follow up with this tradition and Bata enterprising philosophy. Because of the market requirements step by step we have orientated mainly in moulds production for products of EPP, EPS, PUR, TPE, rubber, moulds for injection of plastics and other materials.

In our TPV department (Production preparation) we have been providing our services in the CAD-CAM field. We prepare the proposal of the technical moulds solution, drawing documents, support of the final product, production of prototype models and other services in coherence.

Top Technologies

We use the most up-to-date machinery and technology for production – 3 and 5-axis CNC-machine-tool centres, electro-erosive hollowing machines, measuring equipment and other classical machines and equipment. For the production documents preparation we use the top-software CATIA V5, Solidworks, HSM Works, EUCLID and AUTOCAD.

3D Digital Measuring

Reconstruction and measuring of moulds, castings, parts, designer´s models, injection parts, prototypes and other objects are being provided by us by the help of the most up-to-date technology – 3D optical scanner.
