Our company
Our company was founded in 1992 as a successor of an engineering factory established in 1903 by J.A. Baťa. For the time being it is mainly specialized in manufacture of moulds for products made of EPP, EPS, PUR, rubber, moulds for injection moulding of plastics etc. A component part of orders usually are various technological equipments according to the desire of our cusomer.
In our department of technical preparation of production, we provide our services within the region of CAD-CAM, such as the project of technical solution of moulds, the respective drawing documentation, our support in developing final products, manufacture of model prototypes and other related activities. We dispose of software facilities CATIA V5. EUCLID 3, AUTOCAD 2000.
In our manufacture, we use machining centres CNC, electroerosive sinking machinery ONA DATIC, metering devices TRIMEX and other classic machine tools. We continually modernize our machine facilities.
